Warm the water and add brown sugar. Then add yeast and let it rest for 10 mins so yeast will foam.

Add oil and salt and stir.

Add 3 cups of water and kneed for 5 to 10 mins to make soft dough (transfer on a chopping board to knead).

Lightly oil the bowl and put dough. Cover with lightly oiled plastic bag for 1 hour.

Punch and re-shape. Let it rest for another 45 minutes.

Punch and do final reshape and put in a lightly oil bread pan to rise for another 30 to 40 minutes.

Bake in preheated oven at 425F, for 20-25 mins.

Take out from oven and wait for 10 minutes, then take out from the loaf pan
