Paneer Sabji




1. Cut 2 Green bell peppers in thin slices and sauté it in 1 t. olive oil. Keep them aside.

2. In blender or mini-processor, make a paste of ginger, 3 green chillies, and ½ cup cashew nuts. Then add 3 tomatoes to this and blend again.

3. In a pan, add 2 T. olive oil. Add hing (to your taste), then add the paste you made above, and fry it slowly for about 10 mins. Add tomato paste to this and cook for 10 minutes more.

4. Add the sautéed bellpeppers to this.

5. Add salt, dhaniya/coriander powder, turmeric powder and red chilli powder (if you want to make it more spicy).

6. Cut paneer in cubes and add to the sabji. Heat through.

7. Add ¼ cup heavy cream in this and turn off the heat.
