Mango Fruit Cream

Ingredients

3 tins Mango pulp (Alphonso mangoes are best)

1 pint Heavy Whipped Cream OR 1 quart full fat yogurt (Nancy's, or any which does not use gelatin or animal enzymes)

At least 4 types of Fruits: banana, apples, grapes, strawberries, mangoes, peaches, pears, blueberries, etc., cut into bite-size pieces

1/3 c. crushed walnuts (a little coarse)

 

 

Instructions

Mix everything in a big bowl and its ready to serve.
