Seminar on Vaishnava Etiquettes

We are extremely glad to announce a formal course offering from the Vedic Center for the first time. As it is said in scriptures, one who becomes a Krsna conscious devotee naturally becomes refined in his behavior. However, to avoid offences and advance in devotional life, one has to learn the proper way of treating other devotees and paying respects to them. By the beauty of one's behavior and the strength of devotional service, a devotee attracts Lord Krishna Himself. In Vedic times, the Gurukula offered this training and it is highly imperative that this culture is preserved and passed on to future generations.
HG Brhad Mrdanga Das, a very senior disciple of His Holiness Giriraj Swami is visiting us between 15th May and 25th May. The course is scheduled for the 18th, 19th, 20th and 21st of May, 2006. Please find the details below:

Eligibility of attendees: New as well as experienced devotees can attend
The course has a $30 minimum donation (can give more) with all the proceeds going to the temple. Prasadam will be provided on all days. The devotees just need to bring pen and paper to take any additional notes. Please reserve in advance so that we can prepare well. We highly recommend everyone to attend this course.
