Brief description of the Festival:

Srimati Radharani is Lord Krishna's eternal consort. She is Krishna's greatest devotee, and the personification of His energy. Like the sun and the sunshine, Krishna and Radha are one. She is the origin of all the gopis and of all the goddesses of fortune (Lakshmi devi). Without first getting the mercy of Srimati Radharani it is impossible to even approach Sri Krishna.

Radhashtami is a very significant festival for the devotees. Radharani is the mother of the entire universe and on this auspicious day devotees pray to Her to bless them with Krishna-bhakti. For more details, visit https://krishna.com/srimati-radharani/srimati-radharanis-appearance/
